How do I book an appointment?
Click Book Now, choose your IV service and appointment time, then complete the secure medical history and consent forms. Your appointment will be confirmed after the required information has been reviewed.
Who is eligible to receive IV services?
Services are available to clients age 12 and older. All clients must complete the required medical history and eligibility screening before treatment.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take approximately one hour. The exact length may vary depending on the selected service and the client’s individual needs.
What payment methods are accepted?
Monica Mobile IV accepts cash, credit and debit cards, FSA and HSA cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Can minors receive services?
Yes. Clients must be at least 12 years old. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and remain present throughout the minor’s appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least one hour before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within one hour of the appointment, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $50 late-cancellation or no-show fee.
What should I expect during my appointment?
Your provider will review your medical history and consent forms, confirm your eligibility, discuss the selected service, and answer any questions before beginning. You will be monitored throughout the appointment and provided with appropriate aftercare guidance.
